Cancellation Policy
Order cancellation terms for Olive & Ivory Gifts.
Complimentary Cancellation Window
Orders may be cancelled at no charge until 11:59pm before the scheduled delivery date.
Late Cancellation Fees
For cancellations requested after this window, a cancellation fee applies. Items under $50 incur a $5 restocking fee. Items over $50 incur a 10% cancellation fee. This includes applicable transaction and refund processing costs, and any custom, made-to-order, or uniquely prepared component costs.
Refund Outcome for Eligible Cancellations
Where a cancellation is eligible under this policy, your refund is returned to the original payment method, less any applicable late cancellation fees.

The fastest option is to use the links in your order confirmation email, or sign in using the same email address used at checkout to manage your order directly.

For orders containing alcohol, cancellation and refund handling remains subject to applicable age-verification and delivery requirements set out in our Delivery Policy and Terms of Service.
