Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Scope
This Refund Policy applies to fulfilled orders and product-related issues. If you need to cancel before delivery, please refer to our Cancellation Policy.
Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos where possible.
Change of Mind
Because many gifts are prepared to order and may include perishable or seasonal components, change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted once an order has been dispatched or delivered.
Alcohol-Containing Orders
For orders containing alcohol, a refund may be declined where delivery could not be completed due to failed age-verification, refusal of lawful ID checks, or inability to hand over to a legally eligible recipient, subject to rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Assessment and Remedies
Once assessed, we will provide an appropriate remedy based on the circumstances, which may include replacement, repair, store credit, or refund, in line with applicable law.
Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method. Bank and card provider processing times may vary.
